Why you should consider donating?
Your donation is an integral part of not only maintaining the front entrance, but it also allows us to plan for future projects. At a minimum, we have to pay the light and water bill each month.
We also have plans for further developing the entrance. Christmas lights, for example.
Also, we would like to build a shed and use it to house equipment and tools to keep the entrance beautiful.
We also have thought about putting in a security system, so that we can capture the license plate of everyone who enters the community. This could help identify anyone who has entered the neighborhood and was up to no good.
We would like to place some picnic tables on the property and use it to hold community events or gatherings.
Our community does not have a clubhouse or golf course, but we hope our entrance not only provides a pleasant welcome for our guests and residents, but also, it is our focal point around which we connect to each other.
